An easy and quick variation on traditional cobbler. Any canned fruit pie filling may be used, such as cherry, blueberry, peach or raspberry.
1 cup sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 can of fruit pie filling
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Mix sugar, flour and butter together thoroughly and, pour into a square baking dish. Pour pie filling on top and gently swirl.
Bake until fruit sinks to the bottom and the crust is lightly browned. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
